Responsibilities

• Assist clients in basic living skills and daily tasks (e.g., showers, dressing, meals, budgeting).
• Provide transportation to activities/appointments; valid Arkansas driver's license required.
• Complete and maintain documentation (behavioral/incident reports, care sheets, etc.)
• Follow medication management guidelines and document procedures
• Organize and facilitate recreational activities for clients
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA policies
• Assist in maintenance of facilities, vehicles, and records as needed
