Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 2+ years' experience with developmentally disabled individuals.
• Must also have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist Clients in basic living skills and daily personal tasks (e.g., showers, dressing, housekeeping, meals, budgeting).
• Provide transportation to activities/appointments; a valid Arkansas driver's license is required.
• Maintain communication via logs and meetings regarding clients' needs and progress.
• Accurately complete required documentation (reports, forms, charts, logs).
• Follow medication management guidelines and monitor/document procedures.
• Organize and carry out recreational activities for clients.
• Serve as a positive role model and adhere to dress code and professional conduct.
• Assist in facility/vehicle maintenance and perform training compliance tasks.
