Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in daily living skills and personal tasks.
• Provide transportation to activities and appointments as needed.
• Maintain documentation such as care notes, incident reports, and progress logs.
• Monitor medication management and monitor client safety.
• Organize recreational activities and ensure respectful client care.
