Job summary

• Provide transportation to activities/appointments; valid Arkansas driver's license required.
• Maintain communication via logs and meetings regarding client needs and progress.
• Complete required documentation (reports, forms, logs) per policy and HIPAA rules.
• Follow documentation and record-keeping standards for Medicaid guidelines and vehicle usage.
