Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists clients in basic living skills and daily personal tasks such as showers, dressing, housekeeping, meals, and budgeting.
• Provides transportation to activities and appointments; AR driver's license required.
• Maintain communication and document progress through logs, reports, and care plans.
• Complete required documentation (Behavioral/Incident/Progress/Attendance) in a timely manner.
• Follow medication management guidelines and monitor related procedures.
• Organize recreational activities and model professional conduct and dress.
