Job summary

People Incorporated is seeking Direct Care Professionals for overnight shifts in the Southcoast region, including Fall River, Taunton and Mansfield. Earn $21.00 per hour, with $22.00 after one year of benefit-eligible employment, and join a team that supports adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting.

Qualifications

• Be a compassionate person and enjoy making a difference in someone’s life.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• A qualifying criminal background check and driving record.
• Valid driver’s license; Use of your personal vehicle.
• A TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after.

Responsibilities

• You will be part of a team supporting adults with development disabilities in a residential program.
• Direct Care Professionals provide assistance with daily activities and ensure a structured routine that includes:
• Individual community outings
• Meal preparation
• Assistance with activities of daily living
• Personal care
• Medical appointments
• Medication distribution
