Job summary

People Incorporated is seeking Direct Care Professionals for full-time overnights to support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program across Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River and nearby areas.

No experience needed; we provide ongoing paid training, professional development, and career advancement. Competitive wages start at $21/hour with $22/hour after one year of benefit-eligible employment. Various shifts available, including 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Qualifications

Be a compassionate person and enjoy making a difference in someone’s life.
High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
A qualifying criminal background check and driving record.
Valid driver’s license; Use of your personal vehicle.
TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after.

Responsibilities

Assist adults with development disabilities in daily activities.
Provide a structured routine including community outings and activities of daily living.
Prepare meals and assist with personal care.
Coordinate medical appointments and participate in medication distribution.
Support individuals during outings and community integration.
