Job summary

People Incorporated is hiring Direct Care Professionals for the Southcoast area, including Fall River, Taunton and Mansfield, MA. This is a part-time position with evening shifts; no experience required and paid on-the-job training is provided.

Pay starts at $21.00/hour, rising to $22.00/hour after one year of benefit-eligible employment. You will support adults with developmental disabilities in residential settings, assist with daily activities, meals, personal care and community outings,

Qualifications

• Be compassionate and enjoy making a difference in someone’s life.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Qualifying background check and driving record required.
• TB screening and physical required upon hire and updated every two years.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with developmental disabilities in residential programs.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Prepare meals and manage medication distribution.
• Organize individual community outings and daily schedules.
