Job summary

People Incorporated is seeking Direct Care Professionals for Full Time Overnight shifts in Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River and surrounding areas. The role involves supporting adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program, helping with daily activities, meals, personal care and medical appointments, with an emphasis on safety and structured routines.

Starting pay is $21.00 per hour, rising to $22.00 after one year of benefit-eligible employment, and the organization offers

Qualifications

• Be a compassionate person and enjoy making a difference in someone’s life
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
• A qualifying criminal background check and driving record
• Valid driver’s license; Use of your personal vehicle.
• A TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after
