Job summary

People Incorporated is seeking Direct Care Professionals to support adults with developmental disabilities in residential settings in the Southcoast area, including Fall River. No experience is required as we offer free on-the-job training and opportunities for career advancement.

Pay starts at $21.00 per hour and increases to $22.00 per hour after one year of benefit-eligible employment. Shifts include weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Background check and driving record required.
• Valid driver’s license; use of personal vehicle may be required.
• TB screening and a physical are required on hire and TB update every two years.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program.
• Assist with daily living activities and establish a structured routine.
• Provide meal preparation and personal care assistance.
• Coordinate individual community outings and accompany individuals on activities.
• Assist with medical appointments and transportation as needed.
