People Incorporated is hiring Direct Care Professionals for full-time overnight shifts in the Southcoast region (Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River and surrounding areas). You will support adults with development disabilities, help with meals, personal care and medical appointments, and enable outings within a structured routine.

Qualifications

• Be a compassionate person and enjoy making a difference in someone's life.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• A qualifying criminal background check and driving record.
• Valid driver's license; Use of your personal vehicle.
• TB screening and Physical required upon hire and a TB update every two years after.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with developmental disabilities in daily living activities.
• Provide assistance with daily activities and ensure a structured routine.
• Include community outings, meal preparation, personal care, medical appointments, and medication distribution.
