Job summary

People Incorporated is hiring Direct Care Professionals for overnight shifts in the Fall River area. The role involves assisting adults with development disabilities in a residential setting, with duties including daily living support, meal prep, and coordinating medical appointments.

Pay starts at $21 per hour, rising to $22 after one year of benefit-eligible employment; multiple shift options available across Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Be a compassionate person and enjoy making a difference in someone’s life.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• A qualifying criminal background check and driving record.
• Valid driver’s license; Use of your personal vehicle.
• A TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with development disabilities in a residential program.
• Provide assistance with daily activities and ensure a structured routine.
• Lead individual community outings and meal preparation.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Coordinate medical appointments and transportation as needed.
