People, Incorporated is seeking Direct Care Professionals for full-time overnights in the Fall River area. You will support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program, helping with daily activities, meals and personal care while maintaining a structured routine and community outings.

The role offers on-the-job paid training, opportunities for professional development, and career advancement, with openings in Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED- We offer ongoing FREE on-the-job paid training, professional development, and career advancement.
• Be a compassionate person and enjoy making a difference in someone’s life
• A qualifying criminal background check and driving record
• TB screening and Physical is required upon hire

Responsibilities

• You will be part of a team supporting adults with development disabilities in a residential program and provide assistance with daily activities.
• Maintain a structured routine including individual community outings and meal preparation.
• Assist with activities of daily living, personal care and attending medical appointments.
