Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with mental health diagnoses or developmental disabilities.
• Sleepover care responsibilities in residential settings.
• Proven ability to support community integration and advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Assess individuals’ hopes and goals and provide supports to achieve them.
• Help build relationships with natural supports and community participation.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care as needed.
• Document progress, goals, and incident reports accurately.
• Attend meetings and trainings, maintain certifications.
• Provide transportation as required and support safety procedures.
