Shamrock Foods Company in Phoenix, AZ is hiring an overnight Pasteurizer/Batcher on a rotating 4/3 schedule with 12‑hour shifts (4:00 PM–4:00 AM). You will work four days one week and three the next, with every other Wednesday off.

You will measure ingredients, batch and pasteurize products, and ensure GMP, PPE, confined space safety, and proper documentation adherence. High school diploma or GED required, 6+ months in related manufacturing preferred, forklift certification or willingness to

• 6+ months in manufacturing, dairy or related field preferred.
• Forklift certification or willingness to become certified.
• Ability to perform arithmetic in all units of measure.
• Fluency in English; ability to read and write for duties.

Responsabilidades

• Measure ingredients, mix ingredients, and batch products to meet recipe guidelines.
• Take inventory and record lot numbers of ingredients used.
• Pasteurize and homogenize to specification; ensure proper flow.
