Job summary

Shamrock Foods Company is seeking a production operator for its Dairy Plant in Arizona. The role focuses on running and maintaining sleevers, case packers, de-palletizers, wrappers and related equipment, while meeting department production goals in a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate and troubleshoot equipment.
• Fluency in English; able to read/write for documentation and communication.
• Must be able to work in cold and wet environments and varying temperature zones.

Responsibilities

• Closely monitor the dairy production process and adjust equipment as necessary.
• Monitor weights, seals, caps, and other packaging items in the process.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate operating problems.
• Reassemble equipment after maintenance, perform changeovers and cleanup.
• Ensure CIP samples, monitor flow and temperature.
• Perform preventative maintenance and environmental cleanup.
• Monitor the palletizing process and program new pallet patterns.
• Document information clearly and follow SOPs and QA standards.
