Prime Inc. is seeking a Night Customer Service Associate to support our Operations Department. The role focuses on overnight coverage, coordinating with Fleet Managers and drivers to deliver excellent service, solving problems, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities include tracking freight, preparing reports, handling inquiries, and planning trucking needs. A daytime shift liaison ensures seamless service across crews; on-site attendance is required.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Typing accuracy and speed up to 45 WPM.
• Ability to multitask and maintain focus during overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Track freight for customers as requested.
• Create customer reports and update during shift.
• Answer and respond to phone calls and questions from customers.
• Resolve problems real-time and communicate issues with day shift.
• Plan trucks as needed during the shift.
• Cultivate positive relationships with customers and shippers.
• Work with Fleet Managers and Drivers to meet needs while providing service.
• Overnight availability required.
