Job summary

Prime, Inc. is seeking a Night Customer Service Associate to support our Operations Department overnight. You will manage geographic regions, track freight, and respond to customer inquiries while collaborating with Fleet Managers and drivers to deliver excellent service.

The position demands strong organizational, computer, and customer service skills, with multitasking ability and overnight availability. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, or 1–3 years of related experience, and some weekend

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree preferred; or 1–3 years related experience.
Strong organizational, computer, and customer service skills.
Accurate typing up to 45 WPM.
Multitasking and a flexible schedule; some weekend work may be necessary.
Overnight availability required.

Responsibilities

Track freight for customers as requested.
Create customer reports and update throughout the shift.
Answer and respond to phone calls and questions from customers.
Resolve problems real-time and communicate issues to the day shift.
Plan trucks as needed throughout the shift.
Cultivate positive and productive relationships with customers and shippers.
Work with Fleet Managers and Drivers to ensure driver needs are met while providing excellent customer service.
Performs related work as required.
Overnight availability required.
