Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle inquiries using our technology.
• Become a product and solutions expert and answer questions quickly and confidently.
• Build business relationships with customers via phone, email and chat.
• Understand needs and recommend Uline's best solutions.
• Assist customers navigating Uline's website and ordering.
