PLS in Cleveland is hiring Customer Service Representatives who serve as the friendly face of our stores, delivering top-notch service and educating customers on our financial products.

You will handle transactions, maintain accuracy, and ensure compliance with regulations while supporting a neat, welcoming store environment. English fluency is required, Spanish bilingual is a plus, and flexible hours including weekends and holidays are expected.

• Previous customer service experience in retail or financial services preferred.
• Ability to engage with customers and explain products clearly.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business
• Educate customers on our products and services
• Process transactions accurately and maintain a balanced cash drawer
• Comply with federal, state, and local regulations
• Operate the point-of-sale system to access information and complete transactions
• Resolve customer complaints or refer to Store Manager
• Keep the store clean and welcoming for customers and team members
• Uphold company policies and procedures
• Assist with additional duties as assigned by management
