Job summary

PLS in Cincinnati is hiring a Customer Service Representative to be the friendly face in our store at 5100 Glen Way Ave. You will handle transactions, educate customers about products, maintain accuracy with cash drawers, and ensure compliance with policies. English fluency is required, and English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in retail, hospitality, or food service is preferred.
• Ability to engage with customers and assess their needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to encourage repeat business.
• Educate customers on products and services offered by PLS.
• Ensure transactions comply with federal, state, and local regulations; maintain a balanced cash drawer.
• Follow company policies and procedures and use the POS system to process transactions.
• Resolve customer complaints or escalate to Store Manager as needed.
• Maintain a neat and clean store environment for customers and team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
