Job summary

PLS, a leading financial services retailer, is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Cincinnati, OH. You will be the face of PLS, delivering superior service and educating customers on our products and services.

Responsibilities include handling transactions, maintaining accuracy, and complying with regulations while keeping the store organized. The role requires flexibility in hours and strong English communication; bilingual is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in hospitality, financial services, retail or food service.
• Ability to engage with customers and offer products as needed.
• Attentive to detail and able to multi-task.
• Professional appearance and demeanor; honest with integrity.
• Able to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• English fluency required; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business.
• Educate customers on PLS products and services.
• Ensure all transactions comply with regulations.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer.
• Complete transactions accurately, including cash handling.
• Use the POS system to access information and process transactions.
• Resolve customer complaints or refer to Store Manager.
• Help maintain a neat and clean store environment.
• Perform other duties as instructed by management.
