Job summary

PLS is seeking an Overnight Customer Service Representative at our Medford, MA location. The CSR will be the face of PLS, handling transactions, educating customers on products, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities include maintaining a balanced cash drawer, using the POS system, and resolving customer issues. Flexible hours and strong English skills are required; English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred in hospitality/retail/financial services
• Ability to engage with customers and offer appropriate products/services
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Honesty and integrity required
• Able to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
• English fluency required; bilingual in English/Spanish a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to encourage repeat business
• Educate customers on product and service offerings
• Ensure all transactions comply with federal/state/local regulations
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer
• Process transactions accurately including cash handling
• Use the POS system to access information and process transactions
• Resolve customer complaints or refer to Store Manager
• Help maintain a neat, clean store environment
• Perform other duties as directed by management
