Job summary

PLS is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our Cleveland store location. You will educate customers on our financial products, handle transactions, and ensure adherence to applicable regulations.

A strong customer focus and the ability to work flexible hours are essential. This role involves standing for long periods, using a POS system, and maintaining accuracy in cash handling while delivering friendly, professional service to every customer.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in retail/financial services preferred.
• Ability to engage with customers and offer products based on needs.
• Attention to detail and multi-tasking in a busy environment.
• Professional appearance and integrity expected.
• Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• English fluency required; bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities
