Job summary

Laundry Capital is hiring a Customer Service Associate for overnight, in-person shifts at our Columbus location. You will assist customers with laundry cards, machine use, and retail purchases while maintaining a clean and safe store environment.

You will operate the register, stock products, and report maintenance or safety issues. Prior customer service or retail experience is a plus, and flexibility with schedules is required to cover overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for up to 8+ hours per shift.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overnight hours.
• Previous customer service or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with laundry card use, machine selection and operation, retail purchases, and wash-and-fold orders.
• Accurately operate the register or point-of-sale system.
• Maintain knowledge of products and encourage additional purchases.
• Ensure retail items are stocked and notify management when supplies run low.
• Use log books to report maintenance issues and inform supervisor of unsafe situations.
