Job summary

K&G Petroleum/S&S Fuels is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Las Vegas store. This hourly, non-exempt role focuses on safety, profitability, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The CSR will handle cash, operate the POS, provide helpful selling assistance, maintain cleanliness, and support inventory management while reporting to the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work with tools/equipment as described.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work scheduled hours.
• Strong English communication, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary courteous customer service and handle complaints quickly and tactfully.
• Utilize suggestive selling techniques to drive sales while maintaining rapport.
• Process sales on cash register; handle cash and payments and follow cash procedures.
• Operate POS and other equipment as needed.
• Maintain site cleanliness and inventory; assist with closing duties.
• Notify management of dishonesty and follow store policies.
• Attend orientations and trainings as required.
