Job summary

S&S Fuels Management in Las Vegas, NV is seeking an Overnight Customer Service Representative to support Store 429 at 9190 W Cheyenne Ave (32246 - SS5). This hourly, non-exempt role reports to the Store Manager and emphasizes safety, profitability, and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include cash handling, POS operation, suggestive selling, inventory management, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED (preferred).
• Experience working retail sales and customer service (preferred).
• Ability to work with tools/equipment and perform duties as described above.
• Ability to work as scheduled and arrive on time.
• Ability to communicate in English and engage in conversation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary, courteous customer service and handle complaints quickly and tactfully.
• Utilize suggestive selling techniques to drive sales while maintaining customer rapport.
• Process all sales on cash register properly and accurately; handle cash and other forms of payment.
• Perform multi-function operation of POS and equipment.
• Maintain site cleanliness and inventory levels; close shifts as required.
• Work with minimal supervision and irregular hours as needed.
• Notify management of any dishonesty and follow policy for shoplifting prevention.
• Comply with all company policies and relevant regulations.
