Job summary

Open Sky Community Services is seeking an Asleep Overnight Counselor to support overnight and morning routines in Central Massachusetts. The role involves responding during emergencies and helping with program needs while possibly sleeping during overnight hours.

Responsibilities include implementing health protocols, contributing to goal achievement, and completing checklists and documentation by shift end.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development and achievement of program goals and objectives.
• Implement prescribed medication and health-related protocols in accordance with agency policies and applicable regulations.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized service, support, and behavior plans.
• Complete assigned overnight and morning responsibilities, including ensuring all required checklists and documentation are completed by the end of the shift.
