Job summary

Open Sky Community Services in Massachusetts is seeking an Awake Overnight Counselor to provide guidance, supervision, and support during overnight hours, helping individuals with morning routines and daily living activities.

You will follow crisis response procedures, implement health and medication protocols, assist with transportation, and complete required documentation, contributing to a safe, supportive, and person-centered environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record, required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Utilize crisis intervention techniques and follow established program and agency procedures to respond effectively during emergency or crisis situations.
• Implement individuals' health, medical, and medication protocols in accordance with agency policies and applicable regulations.
• Assist individuals with accessing transportation and coordinating travel needs, as required.
• Review, complete, and maintain all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
