Job summary
Open Sky Community Services in Massachusetts is hiring an Asleep Overnight Counselor to support individuals in overnight and morning hours. You may sleep during overnight shifts but must respond during emergencies and assist with morning routines and program needs.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent is required.
- Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
- Reliable, eager to learn and open to new opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Participate in developing and achieving program goals and objectives.
- Implement prescribed medication and health-related protocols per agency policies.
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized service, support, and behavior plans.
- Complete overnight and morning duties, including required checklists and documentation.
