Open Sky Community Services is seeking an Awake Overnight Counselor to provide guidance, supervision, and support during overnight hours and assist individuals with morning routines and daily living activities.

You will implement health, medical, and medication protocols, coordinate transportation as needed, and ensure documentation is accurate and timely while promoting health, safety, and community inclusion in Central Massachusetts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent (required).
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record (required).
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Use crisis intervention techniques and follow agency procedures during emergency or crisis situations.
• Implement health, medical, and medication protocols per agency policies.
• Assist individuals with transportation and travel needs as required.
• Review, complete, and maintain all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
