Job summary

Open Sky Community Services in Massachusetts seeks an Asleep Overnight Counselor to support during overnight and morning hours, joining the Awake Overnight Counselor. You may sleep during designated overnight periods but must respond to emergencies and assist with morning routines and program needs.

The role contributes to goals, medication protocols, and developing service and behavior plans, with documentation duties to be completed by end of shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver s License and acceptable driving record required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development and achievement of program goals and objectives.
• Implement prescribed medication and health-related protocols in accordance with agency policies and applicable regulations.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized service, support, and behavior plans.
• Complete assigned overnight and morning responsibilities, including ensuring all required checklists and documentation are completed by the end of the shift.
