Job summary

Open Sky Community Services in Massachusetts seeks an Asleep Overnight Counselor to support overnight and morning routines, respond to emergencies, and help with program needs within a trauma-informed, inclusive environment.

You will implement health-related protocols, participate in goal development, complete checklists and documentation, and support individuals to achieve independence and community engagement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record required.
• Reliable, willing to learn, and open to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development and achievement of program goals and objectives.
• Implement prescribed medication and health-related protocols in accordance with agency policies and applicable regulations.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized service, support, and behavior plans.
• Complete assigned overnight and morning responsibilities, including ensuring all required checklists and documentation are completed by the end of the shift.
