Job summary

Open Sky Community Services is seeking an Asleep Overnight Counselor to support individuals during overnight and morning hours in Central Massachusetts. The role may include sleeping during designated overnight periods, but must respond to emergencies and assist with morning routines as needed.

You will work alongside Awake Overnight Counselor to ensure program needs are met, participate in goal achievement, and help develop individual service and behavior plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development and achievement of program goals and objectives.
• Implement prescribed medication and health-related protocols in accordance with agency policies and applicable regulations.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized service, support, and behavior plans.
• Complete assigned overnight and morning responsibilities, including ensuring all required checklists and documentation are completed by the end of the shift.
