Qualifications

• Experience with property tech platforms (Building Link, Yardi, Rent Café, Entrata) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent member service at the front desk.
• Maintain professional relationships with residents and staff.
• Prepare reports and logs, produce signage, and handle multiple tasks.
• Support 24/7 coverage as needed and ensure punctual attendance.
