Dweck Properties seeks a Part-Time Overnight Concierge to serve as the community’s after-hours resource from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. in Arlington, VA.

You will greet residents and guests, handle after-hours inquiries, assist with mail and package handling, and support safety and readiness for the day ahead. The role requires independence, attentiveness, good judgment, and clear communication to maintain a welcoming, secure, and well-prepared environment overnight.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in hospitality, retail, or multifamily property management.
• Strong communication, organizational and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work independently and remain calm during after-hours situations.

Responsabilités

• Greet residents, guests, vendors, and pets; provide assistance and information.
• Answer calls and document leasing inquiries and resident requests for follow-up.
• Log and secure mail/packages and deliver to residents when appropriate.
