Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living in Calabasas is seeking a Part Time Overnight Concierge (10:00 pm to 6:30 am, Thursday, Friday and Sunday) to be the first point of contact for residents, families, vendors and guests, delivering exceptional hospitality and ensuring a welcoming, safe environment during overnight hours.

You will greet people, direct calls, handle inquiries with empathy, coordinate packages, and work with different departments to maintain clear communication, proper access, and smooth

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with a multi-line phone system and professional phone etiquette.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Clear verbal and written English communication.
• Shows initiative with critical thinking.
• Organizational skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Reliable, consistent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, visitors and staff warmly.
• Manage and direct incoming phone calls efficiently and professionally.
• Address inquiries and requests promptly, reliably and confidentially with empathy and dignity.
• Log and coordinate distribution of packages as appropriate.
• Collaborate with various departments to promote effective communication.
• Monitor community access and respond to emergency situations according to policy.
• Schedule transportation, coordinate trips and assist with guest meal reservations.
• Record maintenance work order requests through an electronic system.
• Maintain an organized workspace to promote efficiency and first impressions.
• Make hospitality and resident satisfaction top priorities in every interaction.
