Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living in Calabasas is seeking a Part Time Concierge for overnights 10:00 pm to 6:30 am (Thursday, Friday and Sunday). You will serve as the initial contact for residents, family members, vendors and guests, delivering exceptional hospitality and providing reliable information while supporting administrative tasks and maintaining a welcoming, safe environment.

The ideal candidate is reliable, empathetic, and thrives in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience with a multi-line phone system and professional phone etiquette
• Proficiency with MS Office applications for job tasks
• Clear verbal and written English communication
• Initiative and critical-thinking skills
• Administrative and organizational abilities
• Professional, pleasant and team-oriented attitude
• Consistent and reliable attendance essential for Belmont Village employees

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, visitors and staff warmly
• Manage and direct incoming phone calls efficiently and professionally
• Address inquiries and requests promptly with empathy and confidentiality
• Log and coordinate distribution of packages as appropriate
• Collaborate with various departments to promote effective communication
• Monitor community access by ensuring proper use of the kiosk sign-in process and respond to emergencies per policy
• Schedule resident transportation, coordinate resident trips, manage event and guest meal reservations, and assist with event setup as needed
• Record maintenance work order requests through an electronic record system
• Maintain an organized workspace to promote efficiency and preserve first appearance impressions
• Make hospitality, customer service, and resident satisfaction top priorities in every interaction
