Solera Senior Living is seeking a part-time overnight Concierge at Modena Reserve Kensington to welcome guests, support residents, and handle administrative tasks. You will be the community's first friendly contact, ensuring hospitality and service excellence each night.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in office equipment and software.
• Calm under pressure in a busy environment.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Knowledge of resident rights.
• Annual flu vaccine required.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, and visitors, creating a warm and professional first impression.
• Answer phones promptly with proper community greeting and route calls/messages as needed.
• Sort and distribute mail to appropriate departments.
• Provide clerical support, including typing, filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
• Escort visitors, residents, or families as needed to suites or community areas.
• Maintain accurate referral, mailing list, and customer information databases.
• Assist with the move-in process, ensuring all documentation and steps are completed accurately.
• Support special events with setup and tear down as needed.
• Uphold confidentiality, resident rights, and Solera’s policies and standards.
• Promote a safe and secure environment for residents, guests, and team members.
• Collaborate with other departments and foster a positive, team-oriented environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Community Development
