Qualifications

• Two years of concierge/front desk experience in a senior living, hospitality, or office setting.
• Able to read, write, and understand English; follow instructions.
• Able to work overnight during weekdays and weekends.
• Knowledge of administrative practices and guidelines.
• Experience using computer software (Microsoft).

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and assist with property tours and information requests.
• Answer a multi-line telephone and route calls appropriately.
• Provide clerical support to administrative staff and maintain reception area.
• Promote a positive image through attire and conduct.
• Assist residents, family members, and guests with general requests.
• Process mail, stamps, copies, and other office tasks.
• Support property marketing efforts during tours and calls.
