Brightview Senior Living is seeking an Overnight Concierge to warmly welcome residents and guests, answer questions, and support the Business Office Director with clerical tasks. The role emphasizes safety, security monitoring, and a high level of customer service in a senior living community.

The position focuses on delivering exceptional hospitality, coordinating with colleagues, and contributing to a secure, welcoming environment for residents and visitors day and night.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and engage residents, guests, and fellow associates in person and via telephone.
• Answer any questions that residents and guests may have.
• Perform regular safety checks of the community.
• Monitor security systems, including the emergency call system, and respond accordingly.
• Overnight Concierge will assist the Business Office Director with clerical assignments.
