Job summary

Robinhood is seeking a Concierge Desk Representative to support our most active customers with complex issues, educate and address early indicators of problems, and build lasting relationships. You will be the voice of the company, delivering empathetic service with product expertise across trading tools.

Based in multiple offices, you will work in person during onboarding and transition to remote overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience at a brokerage or licensed financial services environment.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 required; Series 3 and 66 preferred and must be obtained within a certain number of days of employment if not already held.
• Solid proficiency with multi-leg options, margin, crypto, and futures.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-value client support by resolving complex issues with empathy and efficiency.
• Conduct personalized conversations to understand and support financial journeys.
• Offer guidance across investment products and strategies with compliance.
• Serve as trusted contact for tools including multi-leg options, margin, crypto, and futures.
• Contribute insights from interactions to improve products and services.
• Collaborate with peers to optimize outreach strategies and workflows.
