Robinhood is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to serve customers via phone, email, and chat from our Chicago, Denver, and Westlake offices, with remote shifts after onboarding. You will help with equities, margin, and options topics, and learn rapidly in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

The role requires FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses, excellent communication, and flexibility to adapt to evolving schedules, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Active FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses with ability to apply brokerage knowledge
• Excellent customer service with strong written and verbal communication
• Adaptable to CX experience delivery through phone and written channels
• Ability to quickly defuse customer anxiety with strong service skills
• Self-starter and ambitious learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Able to prioritize tasks in a multi-task environment
• Schedule flexibility including evenings and weekends as the team evolves
