Robinhood is seeking a Concierge Desk Representative to assist our most active customers, resolving intricate issues and building lasting relationships. You will educate users, address early indicators of problems, and strive for seamless experiences across all Robinhood products.

A strong emphasis is placed on empathy, product expertise, and proactive outreach. The role supports in-office presence in multiple locations with remote shifts after onboarding, and involves collaboration with teams

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in brokerage or licensed financial services environment.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 required.
• Series 3 and 66 preferred and must be obtained within specified days if not held.
• Strong knowledge of multi-leg options, margin, crypto, and futures.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to high-value clients by resolving complex issues efficiently while showing empathy.
• Engage in goal-oriented conversations to understand customers' financial journeys.
• Provide clear, compliant guidance across investment products and strategies.
• Act as a trusted contact for customers navigating complex tools including multi-leg options, margin, crypto, and futures.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction as measured by feedback.
