Job summary

The Goodman Group is seeking a Caregiver to provide residents with routine daily care in a caring and respectful manner, following assessment and service plans to support independence and dignity.

This role includes evening shifts every other weekend, from 10:30pm to 6:30am, with duties such as assisting with ADLs, transfers, and medication administration, while ensuring safety, infection control and quality interactions with residents.

Qualifications

• Assist with activities of daily living per plan.
• Move and transfer residents safely.
• Report changes to nurse or supervisor promptly.
• Maintain resident privacy and dignity at all times.
• Operate and document in facility EHR.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs and mobility per policy.
• Pass medications per protocols.
• Respond to resident needs promptly.
• Support social activities and outings and assist as needed.
