Job summary

The Goodman Group, LLC is seeking a Caregiver to provide routine daily care to residents in a respectful, supportive environment. The role supports residents with daily activities, mobility, and social engagement, with a 2pm-10:30pm shift and competitive hourly pay between $16 and $20 depending on certification and experience.

Experience in home care or long-term care is preferred, and adherence to safety and infection control policies is required to ensure resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements for this position.
• Prefer 6+ months of experience in home care, assisted living, or long-term care facility.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring and mobility.
• Assist with transferring residents using safe techniques and equipment.
• Report resident changes to a supervisor promptly.
• Encourage participation in activities and outings.
• Maintain safety and infection control practices.
