Job summary

REM Community Services, part of the Sevita family, is seeking an awake overnight caregiver for a 9pm-9am shift. This full-time role requires working 3-4 nights per week and alternating weekends, providing compassionate support to individuals with developmental disabilities.

You will help participants with daily activities, build meaningful relationships, and support personal goals while maintaining safety and dignity. Sevita emphasizes growth, teamwork, and a stable, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, time-management and teamwork.
• Vehicle: valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
