Job summary

Sevita's REM Community Services in Minnesota seeks compassionate caregivers for overnight shifts. The role involves assisting with personal hygiene and supporting individuals with developmental needs, with a 7 days on/7 days off schedule from Wednesday to Wednesday.

Pay ranges from $11.41 per hour asleep to $18.41 per hour awake, with full benefits for full-time employees and a dedicated support network from supervisors and leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible behavior encouraged.
• Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
