Job summary

REM Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals for overnight shifts in Minnesota. You’ll help individuals with personal care and support their daily living in a community-based setting.

Schedule is 7 days on/7 days off, with asleep and awake pay rates; no prior human services experience required and on-the-job training is provided. A stable, mission-driven employer offers benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Education: No High School Diploma or equivalent required for Direct Support Professional.
• Experience: No experience in human services or direct care required; training provided.
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management.
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible.
• Vehicle: Valid driver's license for at least 1 year post permit and clean MVR.
