Job summary

REM Community Services, part of Sevita, seeks a caregiver to support individuals with developmental disabilities in a home and community setting.

You’ll work full-time overnights (7 on/7 off, Wed 9pm-9am) and help participants with daily activities, hygiene, and community engagement. Competitive benefits, 401(k), and growth opportunities accompany a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience and compassion in daily care.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants with behavioral challenges and complex needs.
• Encourage participation in community activities and outings.
• Help participants achieve developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Document care provided and communicate changes to supervisors.

Fulltime asleep overnights: 7 on 7 off Wednesday -Wednesday 9pm-9am
